personally either item can be found on amazon or ebay for cheap.. sometimes even decent chance of finding same vendor with both items as well........

If you have access to BA and sterile water you can make your own. Just look up the concentration of BA, I forget what it is.

0.9% BA but I would just search online for it because it's not expensive and you don't want to ruin whatever you're mixing it with.
