Bad cholesterol, what should I do?

I had this prob I had to change my diet

I just got blood work done again. This time my platlets was 461, HDL 32, LDL 69. So a big improvement over last time. A month off from the orals has helped a lot. Surprisingly my estradiol was 136 and I'm taking 10 mg of aromasin, I'll bump that up to 20 EOD probably.

I had my bloodwork done also on 600 test e 600 deca HDL 9 and LDL 80
cut dose in half 1 month later HDL 25 LDL 80 hope this will help

I am predisposed to less than average lipid values and my endo has me fine tuned to 10mg simvastatin and i also take 200mg of coq10. Last test, 4 weeks ago, was hdl 42 and ldl 86 after 4 weeks Ultradol and 8 weeks test 500mg.

dr put me on lovasa , all it is is a prescription strength fish oil , no fishy burps and it got my levels back on track
