Edit: Typo in my thread title

I’ve got a severe case of gyno as seen in my pics as well as both the lumps in my shoulders. I really want to look as good as possible but I’m just in a tight place and future isn’t looking too bright.
It seems like the prospect of developing a better physique is gone out the window for me.

with the limited money I have, here are my two solutions:

1. The sterile abscess from my right shoulder (the bigger one) will be surgically removed in the next coming weeks. I already had it drained last week. Unfortunately I forgot to tell my primary care provider about the abscess on the left shoulder (smaller one)

2. Since I can’t afford gyno surgery in the near future I could, reduce my test dose to 150-175mg alongside masteron/eq. I can also start on ralox.

Would this be enough to at least look halfway presentable or decent?

Masteron, ralox, nolva all might help; but at the end of the day, your sole focus needs to be getting your money up. Life sucks without money, regardless of how good your physique looks.
In the other thread you started, you're talking about running away to the poorest country you can find and trying to live on $1500 a month that you get from the VA?
Fuck that dude. You can't run away from your problems, and right now your problem is money.
Focus all your time and energy on establishing yourself financially, and THEN worry about how you look.

Yeah man I definitely will scratch any travel plans at least until I’m in a good position financially.

My current situation is temporary as I was supposed to be receiving housing allowance from my GI along with Pell grant. Due to certain course requirements, I found out I wasn’t eligible just after I quit my job. This summer and fall I will be eligible for both.

I also got a new job working private security with good pay but it’s taking forever to actually start working and getting paid. I’ve had to go through several appointments for security clearance and badge.

If everything goes as planned, I should be in a much better place by November. I don’t know how much I’d have to pay for gyno surgery though, that may be a while.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned the past 8-10 months: It’s that my life was much better when I had limited free time and plenty of money vs no money and plenty of free time. I’m going to have to really put my head down and grind for these next few years so I can have a successful life in my 30s. If I continue taking classes part time I’ll be able to get my B.S. Accounting degree by spring of 2027. Until then I’m going to have to bump up my work hours to 40+ a week, I might even work a second job. Whatever it takes at this point to get rich so I can do the things I want.

In the meantime I’m going to back doses down to trt/cruise with maybe another anabolic. Cheap and simple, the rest of my efforts will be to see how far I can get on a consistent diet and training routine as I often go hard 2 months at a time and then stop training and eating right.

Sounds like a reasonable plan.

People who tell you money isn't everything in life generally don't have much of it. Money is the key to freedom and freedom is the key to everything you could ever want in life.

In the eyes of the public a naturally slender guy like yourself already looks "fit" and presentable even if you had no training/muscles. Just wear good fitting clothes, have decent posture, and your already ahead of the game.

This is a good focus and plan. I worked three jobs to pay my way through school and get my start. Bodybuilding became a hobby when I could make time. I don’t regret one bit of it. A few years of sacrifice for a lifetime of success is worth every minute.

Damn, I respect that. How many hours a week were you working with three jobs? How was it mentally and physically?

I was sleeping 4-5 hours a night if that answers your question. If I had a free moment I was making money as one of the jobs was coaching and training.

Mentally and physically it was tough, but was young so could handle it. It’s easy compared to starting and growing a business- that will take years off your life. 😂

Just set yourself up. This sport will always be here- use it to propel and better your life.

I couldn’t agree more with your approach, pretty much did the same thing, only got a late start on my journey to my version of success, but happy with my progress and where things are going at the pace they’re going (of course who wouldn’t be happier with a little faster success 😂)…

But it reminds me of a quote I heard on a podcast with Alex Hormozi and Chris Williamson;

Chris: “There’s no perfect way to live your 20’s, you either live em’ up and become an underskilled 30 year old or, work em’ up and become an under lived 30 year old, you just have to figure out which you’d rather be, accept the trade offs and know there are no ‘do overs.’”

Alex: “There are more people I’ve met in my life that are dissatisfied with their ‘live it up’ 20’s than there are who are dissatisfied with their ‘work it up’ 20’s”

And thank god I got my shit together when I did, I’ve got old buddies of mine, who I don’t really talk to much anymore as we have completely different lives and I just can’t relate anymore, who are finishing up their “live it up 30’s” and approaching their “live it up 40’s”

And those are the biggest complainers and funny enough, not sure if it’s ever happened to you @bbxtreme from people you know, but those are the ones who always come with the “Oh must be nice” bullshit when it comes to my successes, lifestyle or freedoms I’ve busted my ass for..

I like to tell people I “invested” my 20’s so I could be set for life and live how I wanted with my family past 30. Don’t get me wrong, I tried to go out here and there (can count the times on one hand) with friends, but I couldn’t relate to them.

Now that I am in my 30’s I really can’t relate to those same people and have few friends my age as most are older and successful. But I also live my life how I want now hence I have the ability to do this sport as I do.

But to your point- I always say you can be a shit show in your 20’s or your 30’s for those coming up. How you live one determines the other. Or you can just get your shit together and “live”. I don’t know about anyone else, but the American dream is broken- the idea of waiting until you’re 60+ years old to live and try and get out of a Ferrari is messed up. And that’s a gamble on “if” you live that long.

Glad you can realize this now, Sooner the better.

No need to over analyze the simple things of bodybuilding at the moment

Forget the gyno, just get yuge! Wear loose black t-shirts like a ninja in stealth mode until you can afford surgery (that's at least my go to plan for now).

don't lose your pace in life.
if you lose your momentum it is hard to get it back.
I would just do some anadrol every once in a while (or a different oral if anadrol exacerbates your gyno) to scratch that itch.
also, I'd be careful with eq/ralox and your e2 because the last thing you need is to get into a mental funk at this stage in your life.
i wouldn't stress about the gyno either, seems like a big deal but its temporary, I forget I ever had gyno surgery. Just don't let it get any worse.

100% with you there, Tren is off limits and AI will be used only if absolutely necessary as dictated by bloodwork. I lost count the many times I’ve made some bad decisions and ruined relationships with crashed e2. So trt test and masteron(175/175) with an oral here or there is it. And honestly, looking at my physique I’m still nowhere near my natural limit so i can make progress even with just low doses.
