I drink a shit ton of Xtend all day everyday... 10 scoops per gallon of water twice a day... plus 6 during my workout. I love this shit! I feel pumped and full all day... Anybody else super dose BCAA's all day? NOT LBA's but BCAA's. Is there such a thing as TOO much BCAA's?
 
I noticed a better pump and it seemed overall better workouts when taking BCAA's 3 times a day. More energy and overall good feeling
 
yea xtend is a good product i usually magedose it too lol, i feel better pumps and maybe a bit more vascular!
 
Love mega dosing BCAA, but always had a problem with mixability in water.
 
I love the Xtend and once it sits a bit it usually goes into solution... Optimum has some instantized BCAA's that arent so bad.. I thought I was overdosing on this shit!! LOL! I love it!
 
To throw some numbers out what I call mega dosing is...

I've seen increase in performance with 10g before, 40g during,10g after workouts. And 10 grams between meals.

But the recent studies coming out about 'the change of leucine levels' is what matters is very intriguing - if true it would prove the BCAA's between meals actually inhibits muscle growth.

Layne starts talking about it at the very beginning

Talks about larger meals of protein more spread out instead of smaller ones more frequent - he mentioned meals 4 hours apart, and only about 5 grams at half way point... which is not mega loading, or sipping on them all day.

I think there was a thread about this interview a few weeks ago on here, I could be wrong.

Not sure on the BCAA's, but i drink a lot of Xtend too, and I worry about too much vitamin b6, that stuff has 500% per serving, plus whatever's in my daily multi vitamin, on top of normal food.

I just listened to it for the third time. After the third time of listening I added more of a summary in a previous post after the one quoted but yeah worth a 2nd listen.
 
would you say scivation is better than universal nutrition's BCAA's?
I see that scivation doesn't offer any EAA's?
 
I like them both.. Scivation's BCAA's taste great.. They do offer an EAA product under their primaforce brand name.
