I been able to make smoked salmon from scratch and it was a success so Im thinking if I can try out making my own beef jerky. I LOVE it but I can only get it when I come to the US and its generally so costly. Thanks for that recommendation of Angelo's. I dont mind paying for a good quality item.. Not loaded with MSG's etc.
