just thought id check in and ,say hey to all my bros

ive been verry busy last week my wifes father died he was a bber too did some tri county shows and one state show in the 80s i think? he was 46 he went to the gym ,and was warming up on the tread mill and ,got some chest pains 2 hours later he was gone .just thought id let everyone know why i wasnt on much ,kinda taking a break see ya soon .

Sorry for your loss bro - 46 is not very old.

I know this won't sound very consoling but there are many at his age that pass away that don't even or never have worked out. His quality of life was probably better from working out and his number just came up.

thx bros means alot i wasnt real close to him the wife took it hard but, it has caused me to reflect a little on what i do thx again guys the wife was verry moved by your statements.

I have found myself that sometimes a bad event like that makes you stand back and think alot more seriously about the things you do with your own life :)

Im really sorry for you to hear this, I am talking to a girl right now whos dad recently comitted suicide I can tell you its really rough, but being thier for your girl is only going to bring you closer together, I wish you both the best of luck on dealing with this.

Sorry to hear about your father in law,I'll say a prayer for ya'lls loss, I'm bummin too, lost my workout partner one year ago 3/30 to an autowreck, still miss his bitchin about leg day.... my condolences to you and yours.

kiwi sometimes taking that step back can drive you insane. I know for me I lost a good friend back in nov and the more I thought about it the more it bothered me.

Sorry about your loss dude! I hope everything works out as well as can be for you and your lady and the fam! I wouldn't let the fact that he was a bodybuildier bother you or let it bother your woman! No one can predict checkout time and if your living in fear your not living! I hope this helps!
