I am 29yrs and my goal is to be 205-210 at 5-8% bf. feel free to rip away.
btw i was sick the day before i took pics.

i would say to be at 205 ay about 8% you need to put on about 10lbs of muscle and you could easily be there. you remind me of my buddy tony. this dude looks like a mean mofo. hes got the shaved head, tats, rides a harley, but he such a nice guy and a puss.. lol

btw, i like the color blue that you used in your tats. i kinda/sorta wanna get one in the middle of my back, but im a pussy and am scared i would regret it. maybe someday when i know for sure i want one.

Whoa for a minute there i thought you were "Captain Jack Sparrow" nah jk. You can do whatever you want with your body if you want it bad enough. So heal up from that injury and get back in the gym, Just add some more muscle, then cut down is how i would do it

I have almost always done the same stuff for legs, reps 8-12 on leg extensions
Squats, hip sled and leg curls in that order. Every other week dead lifts
The only time I have changed it is when I was doing the fit for life thing 5 or 6 yrs ago and last Sept. - Nov when I was on the HST program.
