Beginner Cycle....Critique please....

I am actually doing my third cycle over the past couple of years but this one will be a bit different and would still consider myself somewhat a novice and would like an honest critique. First off I want to do a cycle that is designed to give me solid gains with minimal bloat. Here are my stats:

33 years old
5' 7"
155 lbs
13% bodyfat
lifting 15+ years, mainly for sports training

I have weight trained and been in continuous sports (wrestling, judo, cycling) since high school (15yrs), but am now looking to change my physique to a more significantly muscular/vascular look. Below is what I have proposed for myself:

Weeks 1-4 Anavar 40mg/day
(short ester to frontload with minimal bloat and easy on the liver)

Weeks 1-15 Test-e 300mg/wk Mon & Thurs
(Favorite test)

Weeks 1-15 EQ 300mg/wk Mon & Thurs
(For solid vascular gains, plus EQ takes a while to kick in)

PCT

Nolvadex and Aromasin on hand 4wks worth....

Again, previous cycles were dbol/deca...wanted to try something different without the bloat and deca dick.....

Any help is appreciated.....

Diet....

I am taking in at least 3500-3750 calories a day with a combination of 3 CytoGainer shakes a day (2500 calories alone) and 3-4 servings of protein mixed in with a decent regiment of corresponding carbs and fats. I'm not however trying to necessarily "watch" my diet, but I'm making sure for my size that I'm taking in enough calories a day. I have always eaten relatively healthy and snacks include nuts, fruit, and tuna. Again my previous workouts and training regiments were intense cardio and strength through wrestling, judo, and cycling and those alone have justified my calorie intake. Remember I am only 5' 7", 155lbs and have a small to medium frame. As far as workouts, I am slowing down on my cardio (30 mins/3 times per week) and concentrating a little more on developing and refining mass (6 days a week lifting). In the past with my previous cycles, I just ate and ate whatever, more than I am currently, and was also on Deca/Dbol, but I ballooned up and had a lot of "false gains" or bloat. This time around I want good solid gains that I can maintain through and after my PCT.
Hopefully I'm on the right track. If not, please help steer me in the right direction. I'm always open to constructive criticism.....

For example:
Breakfast:
3 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled in non-stick pan - no oil.
1 cup old fashioned oats cooked with 1 3/4 cup skim milk
2 cups coffee black
Mid-morning:
Cytogainer shake with xx and xx added in.

I think he's right. At 155 pounds after 2 cycles, that's where the problem is most likely to be.
 
Diet...

Unfortunately at this point I don't have a regimented diet plan. Like I was saying I am trying to take in enough calories and eat multiple well rounded meals. I have been put on a strict diet in the past, but I had VERY specific goals to meet for wrestling and judo. I am not competeing for anything at this time and feel that I am eating enough and the proper quality foods. At this point I can't commit to telling you that I'm going to eat "3 egg whites" or anything like that. I can tell you that for breakfast I will eat some oatmeal and a cytogainer shake.....or maybe eggs and toast and a cytogainer shake, but no extremeor restricted regiments. I would typically follow that up with with another shake or protein bar in a few hours and so forth....

Basically I am trying to get a critique on the cycle itself, given I have the proper diet. Ex...does the stack work well together, is it a good combination of short and long esthers, is the cycle length appropriate, personal opinions or experiences with a similar stack....

Diet...

BTW I am NOW 155lbs....When I was on my previous cycles I weighed ~170lbs. My intense cardio workouts (cycling, half triathalons, judo....) have brought me down to my current 155lbs. I am relatively lean and understand that I won't be able to build mass under those intense cardio workouts. I have cut cardio and increased my calorie intake and COMPLETELY restructured my workout routines towards building mass. I feel that my current eating regiment explained above in addition to my proposed cycle will get me back to a solid 165-170.

I wasn't saying that after the cycle and eating habits that I still weighed 155....damn, that would suck, I would have to have the metabolism of a "cracked out ferret" to keep at that low of a weight.

Hmmm...I hardly know where to begin.

At first, I thought perhaps this wasn't a serious post, and was a parody of so many similar such posts. Then I re-read this and realized, no, this does in fact, seem to be for real.

My advice would be that yuo work a great deal more on yuor training and diet and forget drugs of any sort. Take a look at DC training, or a few years of concerted powerlifting, or perhaps hire someone like Phil to help yuo with training and diet.


Good solid advice. You need to listen to this, this is coming from someone who has been around for a while.
