I am just starting to work out again (it's been 3 years), I am 22 5'11" 163lbs 5% BF all natural. I am planning on just using ZMA, DHEA, Tribulis along with the usual supplements until I plateau. Is this a wise choice or am I ready for AAS? I have read everything I can find and just want to get some advice from people with much more experience. My goal is 205lbs but I know this will not happen overnight.
 
if you've just gotten back into lifting after a three year break i wouldnt even consider using aas yet...how long have you been lifting consistently...and hows your diet?
 
Personally I would dump the ZMA,DHEA. Just focus on a good diet, short intense training and lots of rest. For supplements I would only take a the following: Multivitamin

Thats pretty much it. I would also suggest you get in contact with Phil Hernon, He will do wonders for your physique.

Hello all im a 38 year old mma fighter been in many of battles ive never done a cycle and im starting to loose the stamina and drive i once hade also my joints and ligaments ars starting to bother me i work out like an animal ju jitsu 3 day s a week i lift 3 days a week run sprints one day a distance the next 5 to 6 days a week and spar boxing 3 to 4 days a week i heard decca was good for the joints and test for the stamina but my question is what kind of test i have some enanthanate 200mg p/ cc and how much deca also i heard you should shoot it in differant spots like pec quads ass is all this true ??????:confused:
 
man these posts give me headaches, hehe, but pretty simple that when you are starting off i would say just a clean diet and lots of food. fish oil and multi vitamin and maybe creatine. drink lots of water.

gear will increase your blood volume and make it thick and grabbing a kimono will be almost impossible while on gear i know from my sambo days :)...deca only masks the pain...gear will make you stronger and this is maybe not a good thing while youre injured...gear will not necessarily give you more endurance in all forms of combat...spot injecting wont help you out with the joint injuries any nor will it improve stamina in any way...allways shoot in bigger muscle groups like the glutes...alex
 
For auto, stay clean for a while and tune up your training and diet first. There is one supplement to get that will kick you along beautifully, Liquid Beef Aminos from Phil Hernon. Do your self a hugh favor and get a hold of some as soon as they are availble. Stay away from AAS for now. Train hard and eat hard for at least a year as you have just returned from a long lay off.
let your body adjust to training again.
