I am just starting to work out again (it's been 3 years), I am 22 5'11" 163lbs 5% BF all natural. I am planning on just using ZMA, DHEA, Tribulis along with the usual supplements until I plateau. Is this a wise choice or am I ready for AAS? I have read everything I can find and just want to get some advice from people with much more experience. My goal is 205lbs but I know this will not happen overnight.
