Who has/had the best arms in bodybuilding? Not just great Bis or tris.
Which bber has(d) it all bi tri forearm shape etc?
I really like lee Priests arms . Who 's your favorite??

Phil Heath has been said to have the best arms in the entire world. His forearms, biceps, triceps, delts, they are all unreal.

Although three different looks totally I would go with Flex Wheeler, Lee Priest, Kevin Levrone. So many good ones that's a tough question.

For IFBB Pros, Dillet I'm pretty sure everyone would agree had the biggest. Not the best, but most muscle per inch squared

Yep, great shape and huge for his era. His waist made them look even bigger. Phil heath has insane arms for sure

Arnold likely has the most well known BB arms and they really are some of the best ever.

ok now i do compound exercise and i do back and then will tris instead of bis


and i will do chest and flys and do bis that day should i set a day for just arms also to make them grow more? i want mine huge i been on and off working out since i was 14 years old maybe 13 and i have great genetics anyway also I believe that has a lot to do with it also i can not work out and i just lokk ripped up but now i look big i want to be bigger of course tho as i believe most off us do so help would be great i know this aint the thread for this but pm me if you have a good arm routine thats gave you awesome results thanks and I know tri's make up 70% of your size of your arm too
