in your opinion what is the best workout?
16 sets for chest for the females? You are calling them morons?Fucking Yikes!!! What planet you guys live on?
Hard weight training, muscle building is the #1 way to lose fat!!!!! No specific exercise, not secret program, for Christ sakes! LOL
No disrespect but here ya go morons!
Day 1 Chest and Triceps (16 sets for chest, 12 for triceps)
Day 2 Legs and shoulders (same amount of sets)
Day 3 Back and biceps (same)
Or you could split this whole thing into 5 days by doing the small muscles on their own days also.
Now when you master this start on diet and cardio.
Basic fundamentals of fitness (read my book)
