Best workout for fat loss

Along with correct diet, Im a fan of pull ups and serious deadbeat legtrainings. High reps lunges squats and legpress.
Cant say there is a good specific workout for fat loss, I just hit every muscle group and when I start to get dry I introduce drop sets.
Fasted cardio low intensity works like a charm for me as well. Slowly adding more sessions when end is in sight.

Eat clean foods, in the correct portions, at the right times.
Train in such a way to build and maintain muscle density.
Theres no "one way", other than "every day, be consistent and dedicated to your goals"

Hard weight training, muscle building is the #1 way to lose fat!!!!! No specific exercise, not secret program, for Christ sakes! LOL
No disrespect but here ya go morons!
Day 1 Chest and Triceps (16 sets for chest, 12 for triceps)
Day 2 Legs and shoulders (same amount of sets)
Day 3 Back and biceps (same)
Or you could split this whole thing into 5 days by doing the small muscles on their own days also.
Now when you master this start on diet and cardio.
Basic fundamentals of fitness (read my book)
There, you had to make me write the whole thing out! LOL

Some would advise to keep your training the same, just reduce cals or do more cardio. However I find that the workout below really burns the most for me.


day 1 all upper body, short rest periods
day 2 all lower body, short rest periods
off
repeat...

nothing of this make a damn bit of difference if you don't make it intense. Also cardio in the mix somewhere.

Single-Leg Deadlift: This exercise targets the glutes and hamstrings, giving perfect definition and lift to your booty. How to do it: Grab a pair of dumbbells with an overhand grip and hold them at arm's length in front of your thighs. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Shift your weight into one leg. Without changing the bend in your knee, bend at your hips and lower your torso until it's almost parallel to the floor (keep the weight as close to your body as possible). Pause, then return to standing. Your back should stay naturally arched during the entire movement. Do 8 reps each side.

Best training for fat loss

Incorporate push, pull, hinge, squat, loaded carries, with a good warm up program, shoulder mobility, hip mobility, activate the core, and glutes and get the heart rate up. 60 seconds each exercise. Example, after the warm up...

push ups, curls, kb swings, goblet squat, farmers walk, maybe throw in 60 seconds on the row machine.

repeat for 30 minutes.

Cardio is most important to a successful fat-loss program, IMHO. When the cardio sessions start to look easy to you, you increase your incline level instead of your speed.
