HEY GUYS JUST WONDERING WHAT YOU DO FOR THE UPPER CHEST? WHAT EXERCISES HAVE WORKED TO DEVELOP THE MUSCLE UNDERNEATH YOUR COLLAR BONE ON YOU CHEST. I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED HOW TO DEVELOP MY UPPER PEC SO THAT WHEN I WEAR A POLO IT IS STICKING OUT......WHAT REALLY WORKS.......APPRECIATE THE FEEDBACK......:D

incline press, diet, genetics, patience...pretty simple, i know.
 
I also had trouble in that area.

2 excercises that really work are:

Incline Barbell, down to the adams-apple (not chest) FOcus on using the upper chest.

And also, incline cable flyes. Put the cables down all the way and flye up to your chin/face.
 
Have you tried a wonder bra?
 
Incline pressing with the bench set at about 30-35 degrees, no higher. Dumbell work will allow a much better squeeze. Prioritize your incline work over flat work. meaning do them first in your chest worlouts. Good sloid pressing to the collar bone. Adams apple is a bit too high and risky. But it works for some. Mix it up and use bar and dumbells for the incline work. focus on the heavier movement and the flys can be used as a finisher!!

This is excellent advice... but I still feel a wonderbra could give those babies a kick-start!

Yea the wonderbra worked wonders for me! Only it don't come in yellow!! HAHAHAHAHA;) :D

On a serious not for our boy RICO here, can someone name the exercise that is like a cable crossover only you have the pulleys at the bottom so you're pulling them up and pushing your chest up an out bringing your and hands together at chin height arms straight? I tell ya, they are a good variation on a sorta lame exercise (crossovers)

Yes I have them in black and red, I just wanted to be different!! LOL. They go good with the fishnets and stilhettos.

Yep, gotta' agree with this, too.

I'd also suggest heavy (5-8 rep) incline flys, too, but yuo can add higher reps on occassion. Mix it up every few weeks or so.

i have the same problem ...and i hit mostly all incline movement and it has improved ...i do mostly dumbbells ...but i throw in barbell every now and then ...and when i do do BB i do it to the collar bone or the adams apple ...but i gotta go light when i go the the adams apple ...i also use the hammer incline machine and also the leverage incline press ... incline dumbbell flyes and lower pullie cable raises ...and even pullovers concentrating on the upper chest and really squeezing ...
 
i like incl dumbell press. and inc db flys. those brought my chest up...but then again its nuthing to brag about. lol but it worked for em. also stand up straight chest out that tends to help some with poor posture. lol

Don't forget to add DB pullovers into the mix. When done correctly these things tear you up.

He's talking about on a smythe with complete control using lighter weight and higher reps. These work awesome.
 
NOw that you have some excersises that help your pecs look good in a polo......My questions is this:


What excercises should you do that make you look good with your Polo shirt AND Memeber's Only Jacket??

If anybody has answers to this one I would greatly appreciate it as I am completely stumped....lol....:p :D
