HEY WHATS UP FELLAS.JUST STARTED MY CYCLE YESTERDAY.I AM INCORPERATING SLIN INTO THE MIX.I TRIED THE SLIN OUT AS A GAINSKEEPER BETWEEN CYCLES(4 WEEKS 2X WEEK) ANY WAY I HIT 10IU YESTERDAY THEN I GOT UP DID 10 IUS TODAY ALONG WITH CARBS THEN MY 2ND SHOT
6HRS LATER.
I WAS AT WORK.DID MY CARBS LIKE I AM SUPPOSED TO. ON LUNCH I WENT TO WORKOUT I TOOK AN ORANGE SODA WITH ME JUST INCASE.DRANK THAT DURING,FOWLOWED BY SOME PROTEIN AND A SMALL SNACK. THEN IT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS ON MY WAY HOME WALKING OUT THE DOOR WHEN I FELT FAINT,DIZZY AND KIND OF INTXICATED.HYPO!!!!!!!I DROPPED ALL MY STUFF RAN TO THE BREAKROOM NO CHANGE FOR A SODA. SAW A HALF FULL BAG OF SUGAR BY THE COFEEMAKER. STARTED SHOVLING IT INTO MY MOUTH WITH SOME WATER. I ALSO SAW SOMEBODY HAD A HALF EMPTY 2LITRE OF SODA RAN OVER AND
DRANK IT.FELT BETTER IN ABOUT 5 MIN. SCARY TO CLOSE.
IAM JUST TELLING YOU GUYS BECAUSE I THOUGHT JUST BECAUSE I HAD MY 15GS CARBS PER IU THAT I HAD IT UNDER CONTROL. ALWAYS CARRY A CARB DRINK OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENSES.I HAVE A NEW FOUND RESPECT FOR IT.DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU THIS SHIT IS NO JOKE!!!! BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL COTINUE ON IT JUST BE MORE CAREFULL.

If I had to guess, you probably had the 2nd shot too close to your workout. The orange soda you drank while working out and the snack you had post workout was insufficient to prevent the hypo. The lesson I would take from this is to do the second shot post workout and take in 10 g of simple carbs and 5 grams of whey for every iu of slin used. Then, have a solid meal within an hour of that consisting of a slower burning carb source (like yams) and a lean protein source (like an eye round steak). I would recommend another similiar solid meal about 2 1/2 hours after that just to make sure you have the slin covered over the course of its half life. That is, assuming you were using "R" which has a half life of 4 to 6 hours, I believe. It may be a good idea to carry glucose tabs, as well. Just as a safety precaution should you be hit by surprise.
