yes ruptured it last summer------i thought it would be fine but lately its affecting curls if not careful and benches thanks to bone spurs that caused it to rupture in the first place ---i was very careful with it for a long time did everything right according to docs and all the help i got from people in se like you alin---------but past month its bothering me----houlder hurts and biceps wants to pop---------i think its back to lighter weight and higher reps for awhile---------or surgery yuk
