Yes, everything came out perfect. No polyps, no cancers, no ulcers, no tumours, no blockages.

The reason of the constant bloat is that the colon has expanded from so many years of eating lots of food every 2 hours, so the colon never had a chance to relax.
So, I have to eat smaller quantities, not so often.

I can't remember as I threw out the packages.
The specialist gave them to me when I booked the colonoscopy. Three sachets, first one I had to mix in a glass of water and drink, second one, an hour later, had to mix it in 1.5litres of water and sip on it for an hour, and then the first one again, an hour later.

The second one especially was really foul. It even said on the package 'if you feel nauseaus, drink slower'!

is it something someone should only take as advised by a doc?
or is a good 'cleaning' out something someone should do yearly?

Only with a doctors supervision. Two of them are RX meds, dehidration could come easy if used too much or inappropriatly.
