Big A from all the scientific research i have done and studies i have come across in the past few years your training method seems to be the most accurate.Were did you get your routine from? Research or just trial and error?
The only thing is most research show training a bodypart 2x a week for beginners and intermediates and only once a week for advanced.
Why do you feel once a week is ok for everyone? Because of the overlap?
