Big A from all the scientific research i have done and studies i have come across in the past few years your training method seems to be the most accurate.Were did you get your routine from? Research or just trial and error?

The only thing is most research show training a bodypart 2x a week for beginners and intermediates and only once a week for advanced.

Why do you feel once a week is ok for everyone? Because of the overlap?

Just from what I experienced myself in the gym and from studying what happens withing the body, using simple logic I came up with my training beliefs.

I recomend training one bodypart per week because when the intensity required by my program is properly applied, most trainees are still sore 5 days after the workout. I know soreness is not indicative of muscle growth, but it is indicative of training intensity and recovery level of the muscle.
