I said that i had problems with my stomach/shit all day... if i drink more then 1 protienshake a day.
You said it was not the protienpowder itself, but the milk.
You were absolutely right.
Now i drink them in wather, and everything is absolutely fine now. I even can't remember when my stomach, etc was so fine.
I explained my problem the last 6 mounth to many bodybuilders in my country, but you're the one with the answer i was looking for.

I erased all my documents by mistake about a year ago and I lost it. If anyone still has it from when it was up on Renegade, I'd appreciate if you would email it to me. It was a digital camera shot so I don't have a copy. Otherwise I have to take another one and for that I have to get my ass to the gym first LOL
