OK, this will be my 4th cycle. Stats are 5'10" 220lbs roughly %11 b/f. Goal is a lean mass cycle. Only looking for around 15lbs but quality. Here is the cycle. I started the HGH and EQ 2months ago, since they take so long to kick in, and ramped up the doses.
6iu's Jinotropin 6on/1off 12weeks
500mg testprop/250mg test enanthate for 750mg test per week(1-12)
600mg EQ(1-12)
350mg Tren Ace(1-8)
75mg Winny(4-12)
Proviron 50mg ED (1-12)
HCG 500iu 2x per week(1-12)
anti-e's will be 25mg aromasin and 10mg nolvadex ED(1-12)
Now keep in mind im an endomorph/mesomorph but more on the endo side. I look good now, but have to work very hard to not gain fat. I gain it easier than muscle. So check my diet out for this cycle and tell me what you think
Meal 1.) 1cup cottage cheese&50g whey/50g carbs from oatmeal/1tbsp flax
Meal 2.) 2hrs later (15min pre workout 40mg maltodex/40g whey)
Meal 3.) post workout drink 100carbs fast acting and 80g whey
500mg glucophage with this meal
Meal 4.) 1.5-2hrs later 8oz Ground sirloin with 100g carbs from pasta and 1tbsp olive oil
500mg glucophage with this meal
Meal 5.) 3hrs later. 8oz chicken with 1/2 oatmeal and 1tbsp flax
Meal 6.) 3hrs later 80g whey with 1tbsp flax
So total protien is 400g total carbs 320 total fat approx 100grams
total cals approx 3800cals
