Suggestions on my upcoming cruise

So I’ve been blasting and cruising for almost 3 years now and made significant progress but was hoping some of the more experienced members would have some good input on my new approach to cruising. I’ve been lucky in the sense that most of my bloodwork stays relatively good year round including on my blasts.

My goals are changing slightly and want to work more in strength progression while maintaining current physique. My plan is to run:

200 test
200 primo
3-5 IU GH
Novorapid with meals

If… the bloodwork allows it. My last panel liver and kidney values were perfect, hematocrit 47, CRP non existent the only negative was hdl 36.

The question is for strength progression I don’t the hormonal load needs to be as high, but if this works I might just stay on this dose long term. Is the anabolic load too high for hdl recovery? This is my main concern. Also does anyone have a valid reason I should not run this approach?

Try it and check your numbers after 6 weeks or so. It's really the only way to tell. Primo always had the least effect on my bloods.

Agreed 100%. Only way to know is to try it and monitor it. I mean it’s def not TRT dose but I don’t think that’s what you’re going for anyway.
 
Forgot to mention my ejection fraction is a 60 and calcium score is 0. I’m only 3 years in but so far I’d say everything looks good on paper. Doing labs 4 times a year.

I personally would drop the insulin as you’re not trying to pile on size. Lean more on anabolics and HGH.

I wasn’t going to chime in on this thread as I don’t believe in cruises lol but nobody was addressing the slin… 😂

300 test 800 mast 250 tren for the first 5 weeks but hated it so I dropped it, 5 IU gh novorapid with high carb meals 18 week cycle ending in 10 days

Will it not aid in recovery? I feel significantly stronger using 15IU pwo with 300 carbs

Read my thread and particularly my latest post at the end and tell me if you still think you need insulin. I personally would not use it based on your goals.


Seeing your current cycle would personally do 300/300 Test/Primo as that will be a significant drop given your current MG amounts and seeing that you’re using tren.

You can base the amount of test and dial in amounts based on bloodwork if your goal is truly health and looking good.

It's funny how most people don't get the point of the Q! If strength is what you want then the most important thing is your training,. The anabolics are enough to ensure recovery and the GH will help in the long run. I would use the 5x5 on my main lifts and 8-10 on my accelery lifts. Another good one is the heavy, light, and medium program.

I suppose you’re right. I really am here to learn, appreciate everyone’s input. I got every Tren side in the book and hated how it felt. Only lasted 5 weeks

but you have a great hdl for someone who uses gear - do you really believe that you can use gear and have hdl above 40? If so, it's time to stop believing in Santa Claus lol
