It is about time I thank BigA for everything he has given this sport. Without him, who knows where we would all be right now.................FOR REAL......this site has given us a great tool, a security blanket when the "real" world drags us down, and a network of friends that we can all benefit from.

I do get alot from this board .... I think almost everyday scince it was up I've visited. I can say I've learned alot, met some great friends and blown off some steam....Thanks Big A !

I 2nd that, as aswell as opening my mind to a whole new world of information ( which makes me realise perhaps i wasted alot of years--doh! ) it has also enabled me to be put on the right track and as such my mind is in the process of being reprogrammed for the better by Phil Hernon. ( Time will tell however ).

Thanks Big A. This site has meant a lot to me. In the first few years I lurked a lot because so many guys had such superior knowledge that I didn't post much. In these past couple of years I realize that we all, even me, have something to add to the general discussion of our life that bodybuilding its only a part of. When you get right down to it, the thing most of us take from this site is not just sets, reps, cycles, but comraderie with our fellow man who has made similar lifestyle choice.s

This site meant a lot to me when I had my heart failure. The good words, the private messages, a couple of brothers even called me. It was great, and I mean great to know it was there for me.

yes a loooooonnnnnggggg overdue thank you! This board is has taken my knowledge to a whole new level, and has given me a tight group of friends, Big A you def. need to pat yourself on the back big man for putting together the best message board by far on the net! KUDOS!

without BigA I would be nowhere near what I am now

back in the day when I registered and was looking for advices, I used to PM with an incredible amount of stupid questions and he always answered me honestly without making me feel my questions were stupid (and trust me they were lol

)

I learnt many things about diet, training, gears on here and now that I'm gettng older and more concerned about "real life", he is also a real source of inspiration business wise and once again always willing to help on that point too

big a is the man. when i first got here i pmed him with question and he went into great detail to explain things to me. honestly professionalmuscle is the best. its my and lkg home. we have met up with some members and made new friendships, and honestly i couldnt imagine what it would be like if i never found pro muscle.
