hey guys, i am computer illiterate. i need to know how to post my pics from my digital camera to web site like bigh and getbig27 have done. i dont want to post them here every week and take up space. please help me so i can get dpsquat my pics. thanks.

your camera should've come with a cable that attaches to your USB port and to your camera. When you connect your camera to your computer it should come up on the screen (assuming you are using Windows XP or Mac OSX). Take the photo and "drag" it to a new folder on your desk top and give it a name. When you make a post on this board you will see at the bottom of the page below the OPTIONS section one that says ATTACH FILE. Hit the BROWSE button and look for the folder you put your picture in and double click on the name of the photo. Then hit SUBMIT REPLY and your picture should appear in your post.

HINT - to save server room and quicken upload times take your pictures at the smallest size, usually 640x480 and at medium resolution. These options should be available to you from your camera's menu.

Those web sites have pretty good instructions about how to upload pics.

The key is making your photos web ready - a reasonable physical size and file size. There's a ton of software tha will resize (physical and # of pixels) your ploto and others that will compress the file.
