Tren is one of those things that seems to be dependent on the user, at least as sides are concerned. Sleep is a common one, and you’re running a fairly conservative dose. I’m running slightly more, 50mg/day, but I don’t have any negative sides at all, so other than daily pins, it’s actually a pleasure to take, and the results are already starting to show for me as well, so yeah, it’s strong stuff for sure!!!

I know gains don’t necessarily come on a daily basis, well unless you’re running superdrol or something like that lol, and I don’t really believe in looking at the scale every day either, that shit will drive you nuts no matter if you’re bulking or cutting. To me the mirror and the gym are the best way to measure progress, those 2 things never lie.
I don’t weigh my food either, you do this for long enough, and you know what you’re taking in. I’ll test myself every once in awhile (every month or so) by breaking out the scale when I’m making dinner or something, and I’m pretty much always within a half ounce or so.
