I just recently sent an order to bio.I got his auto response again.This is the first time I have ordered from him.Does it always do that or did I do something wrong on my part

i know i got the autoresponse.I was wondering if any else that orders from him gets the autoresponse everytime they send him an email.I want to know if my order went through or if i need to send him another one

Yes, you will always get the autoresponse. B will usually responds in less than 24hours

Autoresponse is perfectly normal. It has nothing to do with your email not getting through, if fact, if you got the autoresponse, you can be SURE it was recieved.
