Blodpressure medication ?

So im only blodpressure medication atm im on Lisinopril and Amlodipine, but thinkin about switching to Telmisartan and Amlodipine, anybody here tried both lisinopril and Telmisartan lets hear about it good and bad ?
The reason for me thinking about switching is the PPAR activity of Telmisartan.

How bad is your bp, did you trying lowering it with cardio/diet, and are any other health markers an issue for you? I ask because I was on amlodipine and didnt find taking was any better than cleaning up my living.

If you can get away with not taking either, thats the way you should try to go. If it's not genetic or something else out of your control.

less potential with cough and angioedema with an ARB. I think telmisartan in general is a good choice for guys who require blood pressure medication on cycle. Down side is its more expensive.

Just want to throw out some of that natural sups I've been taking that have helped a lot.

I recently started drinking pomegranate juice and actually made a huge difference.

That is on top of the other support sups I take. Ubiqidol (better version of CoQ10),
krill oil (better than fish oil more bio availability and less Mercury)
grape seed extracts with reseveratol (cheap at Costco),

nicen (spelling) I'm probably not taking enough nice in due to the flush usually only take half a pill two times a day I try to take more but it can get it in the way of my day. Given this low dose not sure if it's doing anything, this isn't really the proven dose. (According to studies) but I like taking it

Cialis (love it for a multitude of reasons)

I also believe inject L-Carnitine has helped, (also love it for a multitude of reasons), definitely gives vasodilation.

I believe lion's mane is also helping. (Heard it's a natural ace inhibitors.) Definitely has some cognitive benefits. However I've come across some brands that are near useless.

I have tried carditone but i fucks up my sinuses im blowin my nose constantly, im already using alot of supplements for bloodpressure, here is a list of what im using atm.

Many report sinus issues with 2 tablets but do fine with 1. I had that experience as well.

I take lisinopril 20mgs. Does anyone think it would be an issue taking carditone alongside it for a little extra bp support? I just dont want it to interact or get in the way anything. 20mgs of lisinopril has me in a pretty good spot, however, i would like to see it a smudge lower without having to increase the dose.

Doing this it went down from 150 (sometimes higher) to about 135. Blood pressure for me has always been the main side effect of steroids.... I'm starting to take more measures and monitor it more now that I'm into my thirties.

You tried (a-yohombine)? I heard it's supposed to lower blood pressure instead of raise it. My wife just ordered some but it's a mix of the two. It didn't really affect my blood pressure. But I would like to try just a-yohombine by itself.

Ideally for longevity and kidney protection closer to 120/80 is best. Keeping it low(er) to protect kidneys is huge if you want to stay in the game a long time. You can beat up the liver a bit (or a lot) and be ok but not the kidneys. When mine creeps to 130 I add a 1/2 tab of Carditone.
