blood pressure jump

last week my blood preaure was in the 120's over 60's, and then all of the sudden on sunday it was in the 140's over 70's and then on tues it was in the 150 over 80's. I don't understand why it would jump like this. I was using prop and masterone and then I switched just recently to prop and winny. Is winny known to raise blood pressure? Im just trying to figure out what is going on. My doc said if it doesent go down she is gonna put me on medication. Any help would be apreciated

Hey Bro, I have a little high pressure at the time also. Mick over at Alinboard gave me a few pointers on supplements I could take to help out the situtation so here is what I am taking:

Bayer Back & Body Pain (which I used to use on a regular basis)
L-Arginine & L-Ornithine Mix 500/250 from Twinlab
A product line called Kyolic Healthy Heart which has the following:
Vitamin E 200IU
Aged Garlic Extract 600mg
Hawthorn Berry 100mg
Cayenne Pepper 20mg

Ag-guys definately asks the right question.

Unless something truly unusual is happenning, the most likely culprit is excessive and/or rapid water weight gain.

This assumes you're not using anything like clen or ephedra that would stimulate the sympathetic nervous system.

use some arimidex to reduce some of the bloat / water retention..this ususally helps lower BP.

I use armidex 1mg a day, Im not really bloated at all, I can tell if I gt bloated by my ankles and they havent been swollen or anything. I just checked my bp and it was 140 over 80. I will have to try those supplements and see if they work, I really don't want to take medication for the rest of my life.
