I am sure many (most?) of you have the same problem I do. My arm will not fit through the blood pressure machine at the pharmacy. So I have always just taken a reading on my wrist. My readings are almost always pretty respectable even though at times they really should be higher based on the amounts of gear I am running. Is this an accurate method of taking blood pressure? I've seen they sale wrist blood pressure machines at the pharmacy, but I am not sure if they take the readings differently from arm cuff machines.
The highest I've ever seen my blood pressure was 120/95 and I was running 60mgs dbol a day, with 1.5 grams of test enth and 500mgs deca a week.
Opinions?
