I used t3 for about 16 weeks maybe even a little longer, results were fine with dosages ranging from 50-100mcg/day with a decent diet and low amounts of cardio, but truthfully if you are dead on with your diet you DO NOT need t3 or any fat burner at all-
I got my levels checked when I was on which was dumb, but it was an unexpected checkup-and tsh was wayy below normal- i got off and i gave it about 6 weeks to be safe and got it rechecked and it went back to perfectly normal after being on for a while- not only that but i perfected my diet b/c i did not want to gain the fat everyone talks about after coming off t3 -- i hardly gained any fat back and stayed lean, - I vowed to myself that diet is truly everything to really achieve fantastic shape with hard training-
