You’re the pro coach but I just don’t know why anyone would use Letro for E2 management especially on 750mgs of Test. Lol that’s my cruise dose with no AI lol.I don't agree 2.5mg letro per week for most will be ideal with 750-1000mg test to keep E2 at 30-40

Yeah as we’ve discussed offline there are some cases where aromosin or adex won’t touch E2. What’s your body fat typically when in maintenance?I can tell you this in my 20+ years of cycling letro is the only thing that has worked for me! I’ve tried pharm grade aromasin, added, ralox, nolvadex all did not work to prevent gyno. I’ll also go a step further and share if you get gyno surgery make sure you triple check the surgeons qualifications! I’ve had the surgery 3 separate times and it was never completely removed and I still to this day have problems with gyno

These are the exact test I order each time from Ulta Labs. The only thing that didn’t fit was thyroid- free and total T3/T4, prolactin and ferritin.
I care more about E2 than estrogen. I’m just OCD and like to run both.
This would be good markers for a lifestyle guy to run every 4-6 months. Someone competing at a top level could do more often based on their program.
