Your hematocrit and hemoglobin are real good IMO. Your cholesterol is absolutely terrible and a heart attack in the making! Fix that up fast. Maybe your doc will put you on some Lipitor. Push for lipitor over crestor becasue its generic now and cost about 1/10 what Crestor does. I got 3 months for $40.
Diet is important too, and steroids will do that to your blood lipids, the HDL especially. If youre taking any anti Estreogens like Arimidex they can wreck your HDL bad.
LDL should be no more than 100, and HDL should be around 60 or so to be good. People with heart trouble like me have to have their LDL below 75.
:yeahthat: Your lipids are dreadful. You want Crestor or Lipitor to get your LDL down well below 100. You might add tocotrienols (variant of vit E) and other antioxidants to inhibit LDL oxidation. Need 3g or so of EPA and DHA from fish oil.
But this won't be enough. You need to take less gear if you want reasonable numbers and cardiovascular risk. It's not just about avoiding clots. Atherosclerosis can make you miserable in a hundred ways.
Tren is particularly tough on lipids, I believe. I know it's frustrating to cut back, but your health is more important.

Yeah, I tried fish oil and olive oil and it didnt do a thing to raise my HDL. I had a good diet also.
It would just lower LDL..........you need niacin to raise HDL
