After BN dilemma went and got physical... everything was great, but bloodwork came back and over phone nurse told me creatine serum levels are at 1.6 which was high she said.


Havent used creatine in months except for whats in (muscle milk formulas) ...is that most likely the cause? They want retested in 30 days after I lower protein intake and stop multi vitamin.... NBurse was short and couldnt get her back on phone so a few of the knowledgeable here may enlighten me some...
