I just started keeping track of my diet on FitDay and Im a little confused on Basal and Lifestyle calories. How do you fiqure out how many calories you should be consuming in a day to lose or gain muscle? I eat about 3,000 cals
(50/30/20) a day now but with Basal, Cardio and Lifestyle Im at 3972? This seems very high. So would it be right that I would need 4,428 Cals to gain a lb a week? This diet stuff is harder than the training
