Just wondering if anyone uses any herbs on a regular basis and particular benefit you see from them

tong kat ali(eurecoma longfolia or something like that ) 1:200 ectract 800mg a day. Defo worked, put on weight, strength went up and nut sack size and shot volume went up. Used it for pct once and recovery was the simular time wise as using tamox/clomid. But it's pricey and test is more economical.

Enhinacea once in a while for immune health.
St Johns Wart for mood elevation
Ginseng (spl?) for energy
a few others i cant recall and i only use them for 2 weeks then for a week or so i go without. Tolerane builds very fast otherwise.

Wow, looks like mine almost to a tee. Echinachea for immune, St. JOhn's Wort for mood and ginseng. I also take astragulus root for immune system as well.
