I'm curious what bf% you guys think is reasonable to maintain without being in a state of constant hunger/lots of cardio to stay at. I think duchaine said in bodyopus somewhere between 6-8% for men. I understand genetics is a factor, so that aside.
secondly, what would this look like in terms or abs visibility, lower back fat levels. Defenition in arms and where the shoulders tie in? I know many of you guys compete and probably took pictures as you prepared for contests and monitored bf levels with calipers, any pics with bf levels would be great.
I want to know what is just me being tired of dieting and what is actually my body starting to "rebel" against what i am subjecting it to. thanks for any and all replies.
