I think he looks pretty good tbh
Looks healthy and fit. But has the build of an athletic 15 year old boy. Others looking like this would claim natural, so props for the honestly at least, I guess.

idk why the hate. He wasn’t inshape to begin with. That’s a fact but does he look good for 45, he sure does.. he’s not a mass monsters he’s a welter Weight trying to make it to masters. yeah, there’s more ppl better than him.. there’s always be.
For example, George Farrah competed and wasn’t in good shape but does he get other ppl inshape and stage ready? Hell yeah.

I don’t see the reason for the crazy mad science use (abuse) if diuretics , there are a lot of coaches that get their clients full and bone dry with risking their life.
it's right, i know great national athletes who don t use diuretics pre contest and they re dry
The fact that he drags JM into this is insaaane as well.
Basically saying JM looked like shit and Ameen saved him...uhhh, no dude.
How can a guru help others if they can’t even dial themselves in?!
I think its easy to think that but even the pros get it wrong sometimes. Even when coached by the top "gurus" of the industry they get it wrong sometimes and dont show up at their best. It's easy for it to get away from you and for you to look great the night before or two days before and then mis-time your peak. I see it all the time with competitors. It's never an exact science and it does change show to show.
