If conditioned properly I don't think its necessary...… Have Dyazide and Lasix on hand but yet never use em…. i'll use dandelion root or an OTC (Project AD's H2O Remove) a few days out if need be but that's it...

I think its easy to think that but even the pros get it wrong sometimes. Even when coached by the top "gurus" of the industry they get it wrong sometimes and dont show up at their best. It's easy for it to get away from you and for you to look great the night before or two days before and then mis-time your peak. I see it all the time with competitors. It's never an exact science and it does change show to show.

The issue in this case is that Ameen didn’t just miss his “peak”...the issue is Ameen was never in shape. It always boggled my mind how he got so many people to believe his shit...I smelled a fake all along.
