Been doing boxing once a week for last couple months for something different and loving it :) you have to be so damn fit though :) IVAN you must of been incredibly fit at your peak bro deffinately takes it out you.

oh ya

It is the ultimate cardio ---- kiwi I ate shit, candies, ice cream, hot dogs, donuts, and still was so lean and muscular because of the training.

After months of working bags; attach wrist weights to your wrists along with your gloves, then keep at it.

I competed as an amateur for 5 years and as Pro for 1, I can tell you it is indeed the ultimate cardio. You may be able to run 5 miles without getting winded, but a good sparring session of a few rounds will definitely leave you grasping for air... It wasn't hard to stay lean as hell as Ivan pointed out..
