Bromocriptine and GH

Bromocriptine lowers GH in patients with an abnormally high natural GH secretion. This is info readily available all over the net.

I have read however in some places than in normal men it INCREASES GH.

Also, bodybuilders in the 80's apparently used it due to this.


Anyone have any additional info? Phil, if you do, I am sure everyone would appreciate it, and I already thank you for it.

I lowers prolactin not GH , never heard it had anything to do with lowering GH. I have a PDF Ebook....by Lyle MCdonald...Nothing in it says it lowers GH only Prolactin and Leptin(or it may raise leptin) don't have time to read it right now but heres a link to part of the article, I don't remember where I got the book from but if I can find out Ill post it...

It lowers GH in people with excess production, it is actually a treatment for that.

But several sources state that it increases GH in normal people.
