If you had 100k to borrow, what would you invest in? Or if your friend had the 100k and wanted to be the owner while you run the business (that you choose with your idea), what would you open up?

I think a Laundro-Mat is a good investment and don't think that 100k is needed but then again I'm also curious. Is it?

Internet stocks are catching fire. Should make the last "boom" look like nothing except now it's based on actual profits/losses, not "forward looking projections". I would take any spec money and invest it in nadsaq.
