Alright im on my 4th week of cycle and results are coming, i went from 205lbs to 225lbs. Alot of that comes from eating so much. I was just wondering what some of yalls favorite types of carbs. Mainly complex carbs is what im looking for. I like the potatoes and oatmeal but just wondering what everyone elses choice for carbs are. Also what are some basically healthy foods with high calories? Looking for those calories!!!
