calories and carbs

Alright im on my 4th week of cycle and results are coming, i went from 205lbs to 225lbs. Alot of that comes from eating so much. I was just wondering what some of yalls favorite types of carbs. Mainly complex carbs is what im looking for. I like the potatoes and oatmeal but just wondering what everyone elses choice for carbs are. Also what are some basically healthy foods with high calories? Looking for those calories!!!
 
For bulk - yams, long grain brown rice, whole wheat bread (with LOTSA meat!), oats, and baby reds. Focus more on getting enough protein and good fats. Protein for body rebuilding and fats for energy. You really don't benefit much from carbs. Even during a bulk I "avoid" sugar - not like pre-contest, but it's not your friend :)
