Nothing like a calf burn...try this:
seated calf raise:
20 reps, stretch for 5 secs w/out getting up
20 reps, stretch for 5 secs w/out getting up
20 reps. immediately get into catchers stance (make sure you hold onto something for balance) and roll up on you toes to failure.
Repeat again. Did this the other day and might as well took a bat across my calves.
