came back after 1 year of no training (aug25th-sept10)

So I haven't trained since last may (2016) except a brief time in January this year which didn't end up panning out.
Came back in august, actually stuck to a reasonable diet and trained hard. I was just testing the waters in early august when I started. Was seeing if I could train, quit smoking as well. Was a crappy first couple weeks but by august 25th I started to take it a bit more serious. Better diet + training harder

Here's pics from aug25th to today which is sept10th

plan from here is to lean up a bit and then start growing from there and staying just as lean the whole time. If it turns out good I'll be posting up more progress pics

Thanks! Now the hard part which is cutting. I always over diet and lose more muscle than I should. My metabolism doesn't help
Taking it really slow this time

will update whenever I get lean with a pic before starting a growth phase

I have him beat. I could have these changes in less yhan 10 mins with a quick pump up workout lol.
I was just taking it easy, if I wanted, I could do it in 9 minutes ;)

wow, pretty damn good... and I've taken time off a lot of times; I think you'll gain back everything and be your best ever soon... I feel that the time off really helps more than it hurts...

just a quick update
I tried cutting for a week, after sept10th, I wasn't a fan, body don't respond well so I lost a week of gains but last week has been good
went back on a growing phase diet/regime and I am up about 10lbs from the last picture


I've been using somastim HGH from sciroxx and it's been keeping me fairly lean so hopefully I can keep this up for a couple of months before BF gets too high and then I'll have to do a cut eventually

Looking bigger for sure bro, not sure why you were trying to cut. Seems like you are already lean enough imo.
thanks, I think muscle memory is kicking in and I'm getting a good amount of muscle back

and in regards to wanting to cut, I had previous body image issues so I am a bit delusional when it comes to looking at my own BF% in the mirror.
I've always looked at pictures 2 months later and went "wow I was leaner than I thought"

mindset thinking to get as lean as I could before starting a long growing phase while trying to stay as lean as possible (I don't like saying off season because many take offseason as getting fat), but I'm glad I switched back after about a week. really happy with growing now

So this is as big as im getting! gonna start cutting soon and give my body a week or two or three to get accustomed to the weight before dropping the calories
