Can everyone please post their resting heart rate

It would be great if you guys can post your RHR while off/TRT/cruise compared to what it is on cycle/blast (and preferably what the blast consists of). I'm trying to figure something out here.

when i was on gear and was 230-235 it was almost 90, even in the morning.
now im back on true trt, test levels around 800, down to 215, and it's back down to 50-55.
when i was younger, in my 30's, it was in the 40's

Mine is 70-75 I'm on 500mg test e wk,40 mg winny oral day...Also on a medication that keeps my heart rate low,30 min of fasted cardio highest it goes is 116...

I couldn't tell you first thing in the morning. But midday it's always 90-95. Always been high. I had the doctors look back in my records and it's always been high. Hopefully nothing to worry about.

45 on script 196mgs cyp. When I add tren it goes to the 70's.

No cardio and off or in the beginning of a cycle its usually less than 65, now 10 weeks into 600test-e/500eq its round 70-75. bp went from around 115/60 to 125/75-135/85. I think I wont do eq again because of this. Running test/mast upto 525/350 w/orals(20sd/40winny) doesnt really afect my bp or heart rate iirc.

Hematocrit is at 54 so will donate blood next week. Wonder if it'll decrease HR
