can i get some experienced feedback on my situation

i do not post too much on this board. i am more active on some other boards, but i read and check this forum on a daily basis. i know there are a lot of experienced guys here, and i wanted to throw my situation out there and see what you guys think. I got some good info on another board, just wanted to get some more input.

OK here's the deal

Long story short i pretty much decided 1.5 years ago to just stay on hrt doses and blast in between. The last 3 times that i have blasted i really have not responded that well at all. I hardly feel like i am on anything so to say. I do not expect to blast and put on 20lbs of muscle at this point----- i know that. But, i just feel like i really am not getting much at all out of my blasts as far as progress goes. I switch up compounds etc etc but still not getting much out of it My diet and workouts are in check.

for example----- when i ran tren, winny or dbol in the last 4 months or so i never felt "on". kinda like i was not responding at all. I come off a cruise and up the test to 500 and run 100 tren a eod and 100mg winny a day and never got tight or felt on at all. I had other people on the same stuff i was on and they responded great.

i am not familiar with receptor downgrade at all, or even if there is any truth to it at all. I just do not understand why i am not responding the way that i should.

I am contemplating when this short blast i am on now is over to stop and get on clomid and hcg for a month or two and then run another cycle and see if that makes any difference

for those of you that are on trt or stay on all the time and blast------- have any of you experienced this?

What would you do if u were me?

i just don't get it.

I would bet 100% of either 3 things

1. Your diet is NOT on
2. Your training is NOT on.
3. Your stuf is weak.

If you are talking about a "euphoria" feeling then it is probably hard for you to feel because your always "on" because of hrt....

if you saying your gains are maxed out then i would say we can all think of about 10 things that we could add or do better in our training/diet, no one is perfect... so start adding/doing more
 
I agree with Phil. If without a doubt your diet and training is spot on, You might want to consider your stuff is weak/bogus.

No one is perfect so.........take more. Good first post :)
 
Im sorry, im a newb and ask this out of pure curiosity..

But can you develop a sort of tolerance aswell?
 
my diet is on

400 gr protein
300-350 carbs
100 fats

2 shakes a day

my training is on

mon---- chest tri shoulders

wed----- back and bi's

fri----legs

2 exercises per bodypart-warmup sets 1 heavy work set to failure--- each week reps or weight increases.



the stuff----- i had other people on the same stuff and they responded very very well.

i mean when you are on tren--------u know u are on tren. The tightness the pumps etc etc. A couple of years ago was the first time i ran tren, and it was insane. Now, it is hardly anything. same with the winny. When on winny the strength increases the hardness etc etc, but i get nothing at all. My diet and training are on, but even if a person slacked in those areas and ran tren and winny they would be pumped and harder.

It honestly feel like i am not responding at all no matter what i run.

Phil, have you ever heard of someone responding very well and at a later date not responding at all.

so if i do not respond to 100mg winny a day i should just take 500mg and see if that works?

I can say from experience that an extra set will not help........adding something to training will not help........training harder is impossible because he already trains hard....

Maybe I'm mistaken but are You basically saying You only do 3 sets per bodypart...?:confused:

k i misunderstood what u meant by "more"

i am not talking about the euphoria-----per say, but more that i just do not feel on when i am on. i do not get the fullness or the pumps anymore at all--------------- just feel like i am not responding to aas anymore

i do 2-3 exercises ber bodypart with 1 workset to failure

chest

incline -- warm up sets------ 1 heavy work set 6-8 reps to failure
slight decline----warm up------""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
flys------------- ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

each week my reps or the weight is increased

etc etc etc

I would agree that it is one of those three things with the addition that perhaps you aren't getting enough recovery time. You've shown that the diet is on and that the stuff isn't weak. That leaves the training. Of course you can say you're doing x number of sets and x number of reps, etc., but that doesn't necessarily mean you are training well. You actually could be overtraining which means training and recovery are both off (since they are related). I am also on HRT, and I can feel it when I'm on something, especially tren. I get the feeling you describe when I get too close to overtraining. You may consider taking a week or two off and then coming back in fresh, but listen to your body and make sure you allow yourself to recover well.
 
How long have you been working out like that way ? you may need to change it with high volume or different way

For example me personally workout like this
6 reps for workset then 12 reps for pump
when i do not get that pump feeling.It is time to change so I change my training for a few month and do high volume.

u think i could be aver training only working out 3 days a week with the routine that i posted. Could be i guess. but each week my reps or the weight is increasing so i am not sure

i switched to this 2 months ago from a high volume routine
 
I don't know what that number really is but I'll bet you didn't over-estimate your BF%. :)

Diet down to a lower body fat percentage and hold it for a little bit before you "flip the switch" to anabolism.

Just a suggestion.

DatBtrue is right....12% is FAT. You should diet down and hold it for a while. Good luck!
