can you get to much vitamin D if your diet protien is manily fish like salmon

DV comes out to like 700%, even when adjusted to my DV ,been reading on it some say dont go over 2000 iu, which my diet is prob somewhere around 3500 iu vit d? net says can get a host of probs from overdose. any compensation for being a lifter/athlete?

while on im on the subject how bout iron, my count on that is a bit high as well,
 
Well vitamins A D E and K are fat soluble and may become hepatoxic (Liver) in excessive amounts.
 
As far as iron- dont take a multi with iron unless ya bleed or it is reading high donate blood quarterly and take baby aspirin daily (81mg) thin out your blood so it does not sludge up.
 
i take 6000 iu d3 daily. just recently had my blood level checked , it was 44 with the range being 30-100.

good shit, ya i was reading more, and you can actually get up to 10000 and not nescarily but in toxic range, kinda crazy comparison
