Hey bros, I was wondering what you think of this diet plan. I'm newly back at the gym after being off 1 and a half years due to some nasty injuries. So here's what I'm experimenting with.

Workouts full body 3x weekly M,W,F.

Non workout days: Protein 400gs/ Fats 150gs/Carbs 50gs. Total Cals 3150.

My fats will be mostly from healthy fats :

15g CLA
30g Fish Oils
70g Coconut Oil
30g Hemp Oil

I will also run Palumbos night time burner with Usnic on non workout days to attempt to empty out glycogen stores even more before my refeed pre workout.

Workout out days same as above with exception of 300gs of carbs mostly from Waxy Maize/coconut water for electrolytes.) I will run a pre/intra/post shake similar to Milos Sarcev's with a few tweaks. Using 5ius humalin-r pre workout and 10ius humalog post with 10ius of gh and 40mcgs of igf-1r3. All my carbs will be pre/intra/and post workout so that the rest of the day is all fats and protein. Total cals will be up around 4500 for workout days.

My goal is to gain lean this time, I'm naturally lean but always bloat up when I bulk with carbs. Any suggestions or changes you would make to this diet plan??? If I start adding on to much fat I will add palumbos lypolyse during the day on non workout days as well as replace some other oils with borage oil for its mild uncoupling ability. On workout days I will stay clear of uncouplers to have my atp cycle working effeciently for the workout and glycogen reload (supercompensation).

P.S. This is my cycle if it helps.

250mg of test cyp ew
500mg of boldenone cyp ew
100mg of anavar ed
10ius slin/hgh post workouts
40mcgs igfr3 post workouts
1mg of MGF split up on sat and sunday for max myoblasts.

I would drop your carbs down a touch on w/out days! Roll with the fats and protein and no more than 100-150gms carbs on training days. Use fat for fuel not carbs! Just time your carbs around your slin.

Well your body will adjust through your protein intake. I have not been having any trouble with this method. As long as you hit the bulk of your carb intake post w/o I don't see a problem. Now if your body is not used to this it will take a few days to adjust and go through the transition from carbs to protein. You may need to play with the numbers as everyone is different.
