This is what I turned into, after abusing myself for the fall, not training properly eating like hell. I've only started training decently for about the last two weeks, following some of Phil's training ideas. I've very please with the strength gains, and with the fact that I can do it from home, in just 45mins or so. I'm going back to the gym this week and really giving his program a go, LBA's, diet, and everything else.
But I gues that you can call this a before, trust me, I look much worse in person than in this pic. I'm about 218 in this pic.
It's for all of you who think that you have a lot of body hair!
