So I was reading the latest issue of Muscle and Fitness and one of the main articles is on the "CARB BACK-LOADING DIET". It goes against most dietary principals I have been taught. However I found it very interesting and was wondering if anyone has an opinion\ experience on the subject. If not, google it and let me know what you think.
