If during a very clean offseason.
Doe it make sense for a hard gainer to 2 -3 times per week
to use long actin insulin 2 -3 times per week and basically keep fats very low and ramp carbs right up and basically sip on a mix of glycofuse and moderate WPI all day between moderate high carb low fat meals.
Say a normal day is say 400-500g carbs, 300-400 and 90g Fats, then 2-3 days per week ramp carbs right upto 1000 and keep protien same or higher but fats lower at 35-45. And use Lantus to help shuttle all those carbs in.
I have tried this and gained no added fat just much more fulness. But have only been doing it 6-8 weeks so far. And running mk-677 and cjc-1295 everyday and low dose t3 and clen.
Seemed to work better for me that humalog-r.
