Then I was misinformed I remember what you wrote but I was thinking he started with them.

I would be curious by Tuor drugs and diet approach in offseason... His atheletes are always very lean.

Fouad had an interview with him. He pushes the food/carbs pretty hard. Says he uses a little slin with his athletes. As always, like any other coach he's really not going to give too many "details". Unless a guy is a hyper responder to PED's, food and training will be the 2 most anabolic things when it comes to putting on tissue.
 
All of that info is out in his interviews. His diet is high carbs and lowerish protein.
More than anything, people are interested in his training style.

I can only comment from what I know from friends who are clients. AJ is an awesome coach they say and he runs heavy on gear. Nothing but great things as far as his attn to detail and his coaching.
 
Work with AJ, he is committed to his clients goals plain and simple. If you have lofty goals those come with dedication lofty doses and other sacrifices. He will work with anyone’s limitations on substance use. I have a much lower tolerance for use and we work really well together.
 
If someone was willing to spend the money and take the drugs and supplements I recommended and eat the food I told them to eat and train the way I told them to train, I guarantee I'd make them look awesome. That's *if* they did those things.

Six weeks out switch to

Test P 200mg ed
Tren A 100mg ed
Mast P 100mg ed
3iu GH 3x per day

400g protein from lean steak/chicken every day. Rotate carbs zero/medium/high days. Adjust as needed.

Train heavy 4-5 days per week with a focus on progressive overload on the basics.

Spend 30mins in front of the mirror flexing everyday.
