i actually
think it is a very good book. i have read it many times over. excellent info for a competitive bodybuilder. there is no info really about aas in it. but still tons of great info.

Very good book. So is the green one. Can't remember the name. So is the recipe book. I have all 3 and have had them for 5 years and still refer back to them.
