Hi guys, i'm on my 4 weeks diet and i have more 12 weeiks to do.
this week is a little bit harder and i thing to have a cheat meal once a week till the last month.
i haven't start cardio, i have veins on my chest, triceps ect... just my abs whos are not my strong point are late and fatty.
